Welcome to YNL Ventures' FAQ section. Here, we aim to answer the most common questions you may have about our car rental services. Whether you're wondering about our rental process, insurance options, or vehicle availability, we've got you covered.   • What are the requirements to rent a car?
    To rent a car from YNL Ventures Car Rental, the following requirements must be met: Renters must be at least 23 years old. No major moving violations, DUIs, or similar infractions are allowed. A valid driver's license with a photo is required. Photocopies of driver's licenses are not accepted. Learner’s permits are not accepted. Licenses with restrictions for using a breathalyzer-equipped vehicle are not accepted. International licenses may qualify pending verification. Full insurance coverage that extends to rentals is required. If you don't have this coverage, you may obtain it for the rental period, depending on the vehicle.
  • How to change or cancel my reservation?
    If You Have Already Picked Up Your Vehicle If you wish to extend your rental period, please call our office to make the necessary arrangements. If You Have Not Picked Up Your Vehicle You can return to your reservation and cancel it without any issues. Cancellation Charges More than 24 hours before pick-up time: You will receive a full refund minus a USD $50 cancellation fee. Less than 24 hours before pick-up time: You will receive a full refund minus a USD $100 cancellation fee.
  • What would disqualify me from receiving my security deposit back?
    Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle. Any property damage, including accidents, will be charged. No pets are allowed in the vehicles. Violating any of these rules will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit.
  • Is smoking permitted in the vehicles?
    No, you will forfeit your deposit if you smoke in the vehicle. No exceptions.
  • Do you need to refuel the vehicle prior to turning in?
    All vehicles come with a full tank of fuel. You must return the vehicle with a full tank or opt to pre-pay for fuel at $75. If the vehicle is returned with less than a full tank, an additional $75 will be charged.
  • Will I need to have my own insurance?
    Yes, to rent a vehicle from YNL Ventures Car Rental you will need to have your own full coverage insurance with property damage limits minimum of 75k (to rent privately). If you do not currently have insurance or the property damage limits minimum is lower, please contact us for further information on how to obtain a policy that will cover your rental car.
  • How much is the security deposit?
    The standard deposit is $250-500 if you have eligible insurance, if you do not have eligible insurance please contact us to discuss other options available.
  • Can I extend my rental?
    Please contact our office immediately. The phone number is listed on your contract. To extend your rental, an additional authorization on your credit or debit card will be required, as the initial authorization is valid only until the end of the original rental period.
  • What if my flight is delayed?
    Reservations are valid for 24 hours from the scheduled pick-up time for delayed flights, with charges beginning at the time of pick-up. Our office will make reasonable accommodations for delayed customers, including contactless pickup outside of normal business hours. When booking your reservation online or by phone, please include your airline and flight information. This helps us serve you better.
